Spiritual Maturity - Communion Day
WEEK 10
“The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.” – Marcus Aurelius
Communion also shapes the mind. When your thoughts dwell on Christ’s love and sacrifice, your inner world is colored by grace, gratitude, and reverence. What you repeatedly remember becomes what you naturally reflect. Communion is both nourishment and reorientation — teaching your heart where to rest and your mind what to behold.
“Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” – John 6:54
“Do this in remembrance of Me.” – Luke 22:19
Communion is the sacred meeting place between Christ’s sacrifice and your daily life. It is the moment where remembrance becomes renewal and gratitude turns into strength. In Communion, you are invited not only to recall the cross but to partake in the life Christ gives — a life marked by forgiveness, restoration, and eternal
promise. Spiritual maturity grows when Communion becomes more
than a ritual; it becomes a continual posture of the heart, a|
returning to the truth that you are sustained by Him, cleansed by
Him, and kept by Him. Let today be a day where you rest deeply
in the nearness of Christ and the life He imparts.
Let Communion draw you into Christ’s life, renew your thoughts with His truth, and mature your spirit through remembrance.
